Once You've Hired a Driver

Once you’ve hired a driver, you’ll need to file records for them, and make sure they are fully trained.

• Give them a list of their responsibilities.
• Give them a list that outlines the company’s policies and procedures.

Have them sign and date a written statement that states that they have read and agree to:

• their responsibilities, and
• the company’s policies and procedures.
